• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible in such cases.
• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on the complexity of the service, hair length, or other factors discussed during your consultation.

Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we will make every reasonable effort to correct any issues. Retail product returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase if the product is unused and in its original packaging.
